Your first session involves a free consultation with your trainer to establish your short- and long-term goals. Your trainer can then create a program that will help you to reach your individual needs.

We don't tie you into any form of contract and we will put your membership on hold if unforeseen circumstances arise. We like to think that you will train with us and stay with us because you want to not because you have to. If we fail in delivering a service to you that you expect and want then we will do everything in our power to rectify that.

Do you know how many calories your body needs to function? You are probably ingesting too many or too few calories. Both are detrimental to you achieving your ultimate goal.
A well-designed nutritional plan is a way to maximise energy, manage your weight and gain lean muscle!
Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) accounts for 70% of the calories that you burn, so it stands to reason that you want to keep this high. Ideally, you should be eating 5-6 times a day (3 meals and 2-3 snacks).
This will increase your metabolism, prevent overeating and turn your body into an efficient fat-burning machine.
