Do not exercise if you are feeling unwell or have been advised not to by a medical practitioner.

Not all exercises/training routines will be suitable for you, if you are unsure about anything, please refrain from doing them and drop an email to us @ info@stringersgym.com to ask for a variation or advice.

I will be adding variations of the format of our workouts to increase a variety of them using the same exercises.

This is the first time we have done anything like this on this scale, so please bare with us and you will see that it will become a “slicker” operation. Most of all enjoy!
