When you purchase a Personal Training Package you will also receive either a fitness or body compostion assessment. If we are not assessing, we are just guessing! Your first session involves a free consultation with your trainer to establish your short and long term goals. Your trainer can then create a programme which will help you to reach your individual needs.

Do you know how many calories your body needs to function? You are probably ingesting too many or too little calories. Both are detrimental to you achieving your ultimate goal.

A well designed nutritional plan is a way to maximise energy, lose fat and gain lean muscle!

Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) accounts for 70% of the calories that you burn, so it stands to reason that you want to keep this high. Ideally you should be eating 5-6 times a day (3 meals and 2-3 snacks).

This will increase your metabolism, prevent overeating and turn your body in to an efficient fat burning machine.
