CLASSES
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
Sculpt and define your legs, fat burn on your bum and tone those abs to the max! Legs Bums and Tums is a fun, aerobics class that works on tackling those problem areas in a motivating session to the latest hits!
BOX-FIT
Float like a Butterfly, sting like a bee! It is time to put your fists up. Box-Fit encourages self-defence, boxing techniques and discipline. Sessions can include cardio, pad work and abs all performed to motivational tunes.
CIRCUITS
Blast fat, improve fitness, stamina and increase lean muscle with circuits! A host of fun, dynamic resistance, bodyweight and cardio moves designed to give you the best all round workout.
SPINNING
An amazing cardio workout that will challenge your stamina, whilst burning fat and increasing your aerobic endurance. Taught on a stationary bike you will climb, sprint, and train to incredible music and extraordinary instruction. Suits all fitness levels.
BOXING CONDITIONING
Not just any kind of class but one that will push you physically and mentally and only in half an hour! Our boxing sessions will focus on the conditioning side to training as well as technique, speed and strength. In turn this will provide you with a better aerobic base, leaner muscle tone and increased relative body strength. Experience isn’t essential as we’ll cover everything you need to know or don’t know already.
