Terms of bookings

  • You can now book up to one month in advance.
  • Bookings for the following month open on the first day of that month.
  • You can only book one session per day in advance (if you require a second session email us and we will notify you at least 2 hours before the class starts, to confirm if you have a place, please don’t phone).
  • Sessions can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the session starts. Cancellations by email only. Failure to cancel will result with the full fee of the session being charged. This applies to both members and non-members.
  • Pilates and Yoga classes will be charged to both members and non-members at the sessional rate.


Refer a friend offer!

We are offering all of our existing members the opportunity to reduce their monthly membership by £5.00 for each friend that they  introduce to Stringer’s Gym. T&Cs apply.

Please be aware that when exercising, especially whilst we are not there with you to correct your form or to offer advice, you must listen to your body. If at anytime you are starting to feel faint or unwell don’t continue.

If you are unsure as to your health and the intensity or style of the workout, then either don’t do it or reduce the intensity.

Stringer’s Gym instructor’s have offered some great workouts and also we have some additional ones to add to their content.

The external videos appear to be great but please be aware that we are unable to check them all out.  If you are unsure about their content or suitability for you, drop me a line ( and I’ll get back to you.
